RIP Member #1

David passed away today. He would have turned 81 on June 25th. It is a terrible loss for his wife Wendy and his family and friends. It is a loss for thousands of his students and for the field of woodturning. He was proud to be Member #1 and a founder of the American Association of Woodturners, and their first president. Rest in Peace, David. We will carry your legacy forward for generations to come.
